10a Platform Terms & Conditions of Use

Please read this document carefully before using the 10a platform. By registering an account or using any of our services, you are deemed to have understood and agreed to all terms stated herein.

By accessing, registering for, or using the 10a platform on any device or web browser, you automatically agree to be bound by these terms and conditions in their entirety. 10a is strictly for users aged 18 and above. By registering an account, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement. The platform reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or close any account that does not meet this requirement.

1.3 One Account Per User

Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. Registering multiple accounts using the same or different information is strictly prohibited. Accounts found to be in breach of this policy are subject to immediate closure and forfeiture of any remaining balance.

All information provided during account registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. This includes your full name, phone number, date of birth, and payment details. The name registered must match the name on the official identification document used for identity verification. 10a reserves the right to request supporting documents to verify your identity before processing your first withdrawal.

Password Security

Users are solely responsible for keeping their account password confidential. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. 10a will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact our support team immediately at [email protected].

Geographic Restrictions

This platform is primarily intended for users accessing from Malaysia. Users from regions or countries where this service is prohibited by law are responsible for ensuring compliance with their local laws before using the platform.

Platform Communications

By registering an account, you agree to receive account-related communications such as transaction confirmations, security notifications, and updates to our terms. These communications are sent to your registered email address or phone number and form part of the platform's core service.

All transactions on the 10a platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Accepted deposit methods include FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, and bank transfer. Minimum deposit and withdrawal limits are set from time to time and can be reviewed in the wallet section after logging in.

3.2 Processing Time

Deposits via FPX and eWallet are processed instantly in most cases. Withdrawals are processed within 1 to 5 business days, depending on the chosen method and account verification status. First-time withdrawals require full identity verification before they can be processed.

3.3 Transaction Rejections and Freezes

  • Unauthorised access resulting from the user's failure to safeguard their login credentials

In all cases, the platform's maximum liability is limited to the amount available in the user's active account balance at the time of the disputed incident.

5.1 Account Suspension and Closure

10a reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time, with or without prior notice, if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraud, misconduct, breach of terms, money laundering, or any other unlawful activity. In cases of closure due to a breach, funds in the account may be forfeited depending on the severity of the violation.

5.2 Intellectual Property

All content on the 10a platform — including logos, interface design, text, source code, graphics, and brand names — is the exclusive property of the platform and is protected under intellectual property law. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any of these elements for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

5.3 Third-Party Links

This platform may contain links or references to third-party services, including payment providers. 10a is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party sites or services. Use of third-party services is entirely at the user's own risk.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising in connection with these terms or the use of the 10a platform shall first be resolved through mutual agreement. Changes to Terms and Notifications
